TRAINING on RESISTING ADVANCES to my NOTABLE SENSIBILITY "TRANS" WELLNESS for the OPPORTUNITY to RECOVERY and KNOWINGNESS "W.O.R.K" PURPOSE EMPOWERING HIGHER EDUCATION for REBRITH "P.E.E.R" B.L.A.C.K T.R.A.N.S UNIVERSITY is a new program that was created to unite a movement to remotely empower leaders to or on a career path of dismantling systems. We will develop a safe professional community, with mental healing and wellness, empower leaders, activists, advocates, abolishers, and connect with resources and opportunities. B TRANS U is looking to ensure that participants are healed and well from their experiences to have great success in their future life and careers. All scholars will enhance their leadership skills to mentally heal and empower others through preparation, purpose and power. This training is for individuals looking to start a career as a peer, peer mentor, or in the public mental healing and wellness field. The scholar training will take place for 12 weeks for a three month period. All scholars will receive certificate as a B TRANS U scholar. You will be required to do community service before the completion of graduation. During classes the scholar is only allowed to miss two classes. The scholar will also receive job placement support. The scholar will walk away with inclusive model recovery training, facilitate support groups, identify and maintain ethical boundaries, social networkings, treatment, education, empowerment and 6 month continued system navigation.
